I think this is the Cam Chain Adjustment Screw thing on my Honda CT110 motorbike. I need to do something to it supposedly to make it be quiet. I’m glad I’ve found it! Hope this helps anyone looking for it. And here’s some words to help people find this page: illustration, lock nut.
